  • I have a problem with the payment of my ticket, who should I contact?

    Sometimes online payments may take longer to be completed. Check with your payment provider first, if the problem persists send an email to forrodetamanco@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you solve the problem.

  • I have a problem with the name on my ticket, who should I contact?

    Send an email to forrodetamanco@gmail.com explaining the situation and we will try to help.

  • I can no longer join Forró de Tamanco, can I get my money back?

    The price of the Forró de Tamanco ticket is non-refundable, but the ticket can be transferred/sold to another person.

  • I want to go to the festival, but the tickets are sold out! What options do I have?

    You can try to find out if anyone is interested in selling their ticket. We have a Whatsapp group for ticket exchange. Please follow the instructions in the group description.

  • How do I transfer/sell my ticket to someone else?

    For ticket exchange, please join the Whatsapp group and follow the instructions in the description. Already got an exchange partner? Send an email to forrodetamanco@gmail.com before 28/08/24 containing both names, type of ticket, and email information.

  • I have a party pass, can I upgrade it to a full pass?

    No. You can try to exchange your ticket though, check the previous question for the instructions on how to do that.

  • Can I buy a ticket at the door?

    The option to purchase tickets at the door each day will depend on venue capacity. However, we expect to be sold out prior to the start of the parties.

  • What types of tickets are available?

    We offer 3 types of tickets:

    • Full pass - gives access to all the parties and workshops of Saturday afternoon
    • Party pass - gives access to all the parties
    • Single Party ticket - gives access to the party on one specific day
  • Where can I find information about the addresses of the festival venues, parties, and classes?

    Keep an eye on our social media channels (Facebook Event page, Instagram) and our website for all updates and information. You can also join our Whatsapp Info Channel.

  • I bought my ticket online but haven't received a confirmation email yet. What should I do?

    Check your Spam folder. If it’s not there, send an email to forrodetamanco@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please make sure you add the correct email address when buying your ticket, that’s the only way we can contact you.

  • I had a bad experience on the dance floor, who can I contact?

    Forró de Tamanco has a Care Team easily identified by neon armbands. We want to ensure the event is a happy and enjoyable space for everyone. In case you experience or see any kind of inappropriate or abusive attitude/behavior please contact the Care Team.

  • I am a parent, are kids welcome on Sunday?

    Yes. On Sunday, September 1st, the party on the beach starts at 14:00 and kids are also welcome. Parents and guardians must ensure that kids are under supervision at all times. An additional parent or guardian can attend free of charge to supervise kids of a person who purchased a day, party or full pass. Please inform us in advance by sending the name of ticket holder + 1 parent/guardian to forrodetamanco@gmail.com.

  • Photo and Video

    Photos and videos will be taken during the event. If you do not wish to have your image in our media material please inform the media team during the event.
